I have been interested in the skin health benefits that nature offers since my early teens. In my college days, I wanted to expand my skin care regimen beyond blending ingredients stored in my refrigerator, but was unhappy with what I found commercially. It was then that I began to educate myself in the fields of homeopathic and alternative medicine, as well as study the health food and natural skin care industries. I learned that it was nearly impossible to find easy-to-use skin products that were completely natural and organic. Most skin care products were, and still are, petroleum-based and contained chemicals and preservatives with names I could not pronounce. Some had even been developed through the cruel use of animal testing. Most of the skin care products I found in health food stores were primitive treatments that were ineffective, hard to use and not appealing to a modern woman. I wanted to feel safe with what I put on my body, but yet I desired the luxury and convenience a product dispensed from a tube or bottle.
Believing I was not alone in my desire for user-friendly all-natural skin products I decided to create my own line. After much research, development and personal use I offered my creations to friends and family who responded with ecstatic reviews. It was then that SpaBotanical was born, and I am thrilled to report that the company has thrived ever since.

Now in my forties, I continue to be passionate about the ever-changing, cutting-edge findings in the natural, organic, vegan-friendly skin care industry. What I have found interesting is that many products and medicines that receive FDA approval contain the same herbs and botanicals that health-minded people in other countries have used for centuries. And although most name-brand skin care formulas in our country contain trace amounts of these superior ingredients as a way to market their products, the items in the SB line are only formulated with healthful herbs, botanicals, vitamins, mineral rich oils, butters, grains and clays.
I am dedicated to the constant research and development of SB products to assure our customers receive skin care made with the most beneficial ingredients earth has to offer.
